How This Works For Your Guests

• Our team will arrive three hours prior to event to set up the green screen in the designated area where VIP guests will arrive. This time will be used to position lighting for proper keying of the green screen when VIP guest walk in front of the green screen.
• Once the event starts, all VIP Guests will be directed to the green screen for their 10 to 30 sec recording.
• Once all VIP Guests have arrived and finished their green screen walkouts, upon clients request other guests will also be able to participate in creating their green screen walkout.
• Once finished with the green screen walkout, all guests will receive a ticket with an ID number, and screen shot of the EVENT IDA design, which is customized for the event.

A 30-day time period will be designated after the event, for all guests, to place an order to receive their Codicast Event IDA, which will now contain their green screen from the event.

Includes:
- Catalog
- Individual IDA Design
- Green screen
- Recording of the event
- DVD/CD Duplication (Holds IDA and Video)

Package 1- Personal Package
Client is able to specifically choose and set the amount of people they want to shoot for a green screen for professional or personal reasons.
Package A - 10 persons
Package B - 20 persons
Package C - 30 persons
etc.

Package 2 - Projection Package
Unlimited package based on a determined cost put together by the client and Cradle Technologies. Packages are paid for when clients receive ticket with the shoot information (name, venue, date, and ID number) and contacts Cradle Technologies to receive their IDA. A deadline will be created for one month from the day of the event for anyone to purchase their IDAs.

Package 3 - Photography & Videography Package

Cradle Technologies photographers & videographers will cover an exclusive event and transport all content into an IDA or Catalog.
